Question 1

How does the $80 service call fee waiver work?

Accepted Answer

When our technician diagnoses your appliance in person, the service call is $80. If you choose to proceed with the recommended repair, we waive the entire $80 — you only pay for the repair itself.

Question 2

How much will my repair cost?

Accepted Answer

We charge per job, never per hour — you approve a flat, upfront quote before any work begins. Repairs start at only $80, and remember: the $80 service call is waived when you proceed with the repair.

Question 3

Do you really offer same-day appliance repair in Toronto & the GTA?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We keep fully equipped repair vans stationed across Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham and surrounding GTA areas, so we can offer same-day appointments 7 days a week. Call before noon and we can almost always get a technician to you the same day.

Question 4

What warranty do you provide on repairs?

Accepted Answer

Every repair is backed in writing by a 1-year warranty on parts and a 30-day warranty on labour. If the same issue comes back within the warranty period, we return and make it right at no charge.

Question 5

Which appliance brands do you repair?

Accepted Answer

We repair all major household brands including Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Bosch, GE, Maytag, KitchenAid, Frigidaire, Kenmore, Miele, Sub-Zero, Viking and more — gas and electric models alike.
